What is the MyLotto.com Program?   

The MyLotto.com Program is the exclusive online affiliate program for TheLotter.com allowing you to promote the leading lottery ticket online platform in the world. You can promote our brand online through your website(s) or offline using marketing tools.
What is Affiliate Marketing?   

Affiliate Marketing is a form of performance-based marketing whereby a merchant (in this case MyLotto.com) pays a commission to an affiliate for generating purchases of tickets through graphic or text links advertised by the affiliate on his/her website or other marketing asset.
Is there a fee involved in joining the MyLotto.com Program?   

No, it's absolutely free to join our program. You just need to fill out the form, and we will immediately contact you in order to assist you in setting up your account and launching your campaign.
What do I get paid for?   

Each time you refer a member (a person who registers on thelotter.com and purchases lottery tickets through the website), we will pay based on your preferred deal type – either per the number of new Members you refer (CPA) or a percentage from the total monthly lottery tickets purchased online by your referred customers.
How do the CPA and Revenue Share programs work?

Can I offer visitors to my website an incentive to sign up from my trackers?   

We are always open to hear about unique and interesting marketing ideas, including incentive campaigns. However, please keep in mind that all incentivized campaigns require our consultation and written authorization in order to ensure optimal results. If you are planning to launch such a campaign please consult with your account manager or contact the Affiliate Team.
Can I become an affiliate even if I don’t have a website?   

Of course, you can promote our products 'offline' and make revenue from promotional activity that is not generated from online traffic. Our affiliate team will be happy to guide you on how to get started and to provide you with the proper offline marketing tools.
New Affiliates
How do I get started?   

Getting started is easy. Please follow the steps below:
  1. Register for your affiliate account by filling out the Join Us form.
  2. Log in to your affiliate account with your username and password.
  3. Click on 'Trackers' section at the top menu then select 'Create Tracker'.
  4. To create a new tracking code :
    • Enter a tracker name in order to make it easier for you to identify multiple sources of traffic - if needed.
    • Complete the process by clicking 'Create A Tracker'.
    • Go to 'Marketing Tools' and select the brand, the language, marketing tools etc that you will use for your campaigns.

Trackers
What is a Tracker?   

MyLotto.com use unique Tracking Codes that measure your marketing activity. When you sign up as an affiliate, you immediately generate trackers, ensuring that all of your activity is automatically tracked and credited to your account, enabling us to generate accurate activity and commission reports for you.
What kind of tracking links can I create?   

You can create links for GIF banners, FLASH banners, landing pages, textual ads, and newsletters. For additional marketing options, your personal account manager will be able to provide you with customized solutions.
Can I edit my Tracker links?   

Once you create a tracker, you will be able to edit only the Tracker Name. You will not be able to modify the payment plan.
How can I track each one of my websites/campaigns separately?   

At MyLotto.com you can generate as many trackers as you need to track your different sources of traffic. We enable you to create, name, assign, and monitor multiple trackers for your use.
How do I know that my tracking link is working properly and that my referrals are being tracked to me?   

To ensure that the tracking is working properly on your marketing asset please make sure to generate the tracking link through the MyLotto.com website. In addition, we strongly recommend notifying your account manager once the campaign has been launched so that she/he can verify that everything is in place correctly.
Payment Plans
Where can I view the reports and see the commission I've earned?   

As soon as you log in to your account you'll see your latest statistics, summarized in a user-friendly manner. In addition, you can run Advanced Reports with different sorting options in the Report Section of the Members Area.
When and how will I get paid?   

Affiliate payments are carried out up to the 15th of each month, for all the activity between the first and last day of the previous month. You will be paid in the Payment Method of your choice, as per the details you either filled out in your Account or those you provided to your Account Manager.
Marketing Tools
How can I request a special marketing tool for my site?   

We provide a wide variety of marketing tools, all accessible online in the Marketing Tools section. However, we are more than happy to create customized marketing tools that fit your specific needs. To request customized Marketing Tools, please contact the Affiliate Team or your personal Account Manager.
My Account
How can I update my personal details?   

In order to update your personal details, please login and go to 'My Account > Update your Details, and proceed to update the information, making sure to click the 'Update' button on the bottom of the form when done.
How do I change my payment method?   

To update your chosen payment method, please login and go to 'My Account > Payment Information', and proceed to update the information, making sure to click the 'Update' button on the bottom of the form when done.
What if I forgot My Password?   

If you have forgotten your password, please click on 'Forgot password?' link on the Affiliate Login area on the top right of the page. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to sign up to our affiliate program, and will then receive an email to that address with your password. If you need further assistance please contact your personal account manager or the support team.
Multi-Tier Marketing
What is a sub-affiliate?   

A sub-affiliate is a person that registers to the MyLotto.com Program based on an existing affiliate's recommendation and reference. Once your sub-affiliate starts promoting our brands and referring new Members you will start to earn additional revenue, thus creating a multi-tier network and classifying you as a Master Affiliate. Please be advised that sub-affiliates receive the exact same benefits as all affiliates.
Does MyLotto.com support multi-tier marketing?   

Yes, the MyLotto.com program supports up to 2 levels of sub-affiliates.
How Do I register sub-affiliates under my account?   

In order to build your own multi-tier network and to start to refer sub-affiliates under your account you need to use your personal Multi-Tier link. This can be accessed either from the General Details section under 'My Account', or in the Marketing Tools section under 'Multi-Tier Network', where you will also be able to find marketing tools to promote the multi-tier option. It is strongly recommended to contact your Account Manager if you are interested in starting your own Multi-Tier network.
How much can I earn from the traffic that my sub-affiliates generate?   

You can earn 10% commission from your 1st tier sub-affiliates commission and 5% from your 2nd tier sub-affiliates commission.
How Can I track my sub-affiliate activity?   

In order to track your Multi-Tier activity, you can access the reports at 'Reports > Sub-Affiliates Report'.
